Failed to play test tone.

Hello everyone,
For the past few days my PC speakers stopped working. Speakers were old so i thought they broke but, after a while i connected those speakers to my phone and the worked fine. On PC they show their connected but don't play any sound. PC recognizes me reconnecting the aux but when i try testing the sound it either doesn't work or displays the message 'Failed to play test tone'. The problem started out of nowhere (speakers would work fine for PC 6-7 hours before starting the PC and having audio issues).
I googled it and found a lot of solutions to be not helping with the issue.I will list them below : -

1) Check audio is set to default ~ I only have one audio device and it is set to default.
2) Restart Windows audio ~ I did restarted windows audio from services and then restarted the PC.
3) Run sfc/scan now from cmd ~ Nope.
4) Disable audio enchantments ~ No enchantments were enabled. Disabling option did nothing.
5) Delete the KB974571 ~ didn't find one.
6) High Definition Audio Device driver ~ did it. still no audio

7) Troubleshoot Playing Audio ~ doing it and seeing the details showed there were 'no issues present'.
8) Change audio format ~ Tried all other audio format but it shows failed to play test tone on all of them
9) Update drivers from driver easy ~ i am currently doing it (slow downloading speed) will update post after its done updating.

I have a feeling this issue is related to hardware error in my CPU because a lot of comments from the site the solution were given on said they worked.
Please Help.
Thank You.

So others can assist...

Make and model of computer?

Have you tried rolling back the system to an earlier restore date when they were working?

Do you have from Headset speaker plugin?

Disconnect everything except the monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.

Nothing is muted?

EDIT :- Updating Drive via Easy Driver didn't help with the problem.
Never use this type of software it is garbage. No telling where and even if it get the proper driver that may and or may not be hacked.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU). (if a desktop computer)

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
