External speakers for Dell OptiPlex 7010?

I bought a used Dell Optiplex 7010 Mini-Tower, Quad Core i7 3770 (3.4GHz), 16GB DDR3 SDRAM, 1TB Hard Drive: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I'm looking to buy external speakers, for those rare occasions I do not want to use headphones. The two inhouse speakers (Dell AX210 USB Stereo speakers & Dell AX510/AX510PA Flat Panel Soundbar Speakers) are fairly pricey, yet have crummy reviews, so hoping I can do better. Problem is I have no idea how to pick speakers for a PC, let alone for a Dell. Here is the specs:

Can anyone recommend specific speakers sure to work with this PC, with better sound quality/reviews than the Dell speakers? I'm not an audiophile, just want something to play good quality music...hopefully under $200 (the more under the better). Thanks.

any speaker that has a USB plug or a 3.5mm audio jack will plug into that Dell.
the green line-out port on the back of the PC is for external speakers if you get a pair with a 3.5mm audio jack cable.

I've used these in the past, and the sound is just fine;

Thanks for the recommendations. I found American suppliers for both, and will study the specs to see which one is best.
