Every game keeps crashing

I've been in this forum before, and some people might recognize me, because I made a thread about my problems with Assassins Creed games. I was frustrated then, but now I'm frustrated again, because now I can't play any game without it crashing. The games that crash: Skyrim, Assassins Creed (the new titles, Valheim crashes the least amount of times, but still crashes), Hunt Showdown, Deep Rock Galactic, Need for Speed Most Wanted (yes, THE OLD ONE, and NFS Payback didn't crash???), Middle Earth Shadow of War (and probably other games I haven't tested yet). Games that don't crash (for some reason): Left 4 Dead 2 (and probably any Steam engine games, because CSGO works fine as well), Borderlands, Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, Project Zomboid, It Takes Two.

All these games are the ones I so far noticed that crash and don't crash, and I mention them because I'm CONFUSED. It seems Borderlands games and Sea of Thieves is a way bigger and newer game than Skyrim or NFS Most Wanted, BUT DOESN'T CRASH. And I have no clue when this started, what started it.

It usually goes like this: I open a game, I play for about 10 minutes and more (depending on when my pc decides to crash it, because sometimes it is completely random). I could be playing Skyrim 10 minutes one time, then playing it for 2 hours the next without it crashing at all. And the crashes have a similar pattern: the game freezes, cuts to an old frame like the main menu from when I launched the game or any other past activity withing the game (in Skyrim, I can even hear my character still doing the actions I press, but all I can see is the main menu frame). That's about it. The screen freezes, cuts to an old frame (or doesn't, depending on the game), I can hear a glitch sound and then I open task manager and end the game (sometimes I can't even Alt+Tab to the task manager, so I have to Restart my pc).

I will put my PC specs at the bottom of the thread. So far I have (in my knowledge) updated my Mother Bord Drivers, any other significant drivers related to running videogames, I upgraded AND downgraded my Nvidia drivers to see if that was the problem. I have cleaned space in my C: drive, I have tried installing AC Odyssey to the C: drive to see if it fixes the issue (Spoiler: it didn't). I have cleaned the fans and clean them at least 2-3 times a year. NOTHING HELPED.

So please, to the people reading right now, help me xd Cause I'm really frustrated that I can't enjoy a simple game of Deep Rock Galactic, and crash every 10 minutes while joining a game with randoms. Or enjoy any game, to be exact.

My pc model is MSI GF63 8RD (Laptop)

Is the computer plugged in when you play games? Laptops need to be plugged in when playing intense games or they can have a whole host of issues.
