Every game I play randomly freezes

I really don't understand what is going on. This only started happening recently. I have had this PC since February 2020 and as of the start of April 2021 I have started to have this problem.

While I am playing a game, completely random the screen will completely freeze and lock up and I have to ctrl+alt+del end process and restart the game. Sometimes it happens every 10 minutes, sometimes every hour.

I thought maybe my graphic settings were too high but I lowered them to the lowest setting and it still does it all of the time.

I did a complete system restore of factory settings (I'm not the best at computers but I do know some things) to try and get a fresh start but every game still does it.

I did a Ram health check and it said that both ram sticks are great.

Did a graphics card test and it says it's not the graphics card.

Did a cpu test and it says there is nothing wrong with the cpu.

Attached is my dxdiag log of what I am currently using.

If there is anything you need please let me know, I am really getting frustrated. I know my PC isn't "amazing" but I shouldn't have any problems playing any games on High or Ultra settings in 1920x1080 as this is what I've been doing since I owned the system.

I just changed the page file on my HDD from 16gb to 800mb and using an old 120gb ssd with 500mb/s transfer as the new 16gb page file. Don't know if that will make a difference but I will post again if the issue stops.

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

While we are troubleshooting this you should disconnect the external screen and any unnecessary USB devices, having them connected increases the power demand on the minimal power supply that notebooks have and this in turn causes the inside of the notebook to get hotter than needs be, the battery and AC adaptor in particular.

Couple of things flagged up in Speccy, these as they are list in the report and not prioritised by us;

Power Profile
Active power scheme: Balanced

Because your notebook has a discrete GPU you need to change the Windows Power Plan to High Performance when gaming, if you don`t the GPU does not get enough power to be able to function properly and the notebook will revert back to the CPUs integrated Intel HD graphics.

Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Computer type: Notebook
Installation Date: 4/8/2021 7:26:40 AM

There are no chipset drivers for the MB shown to have been installed, as soon as Windows has been installed you must install the latest chipset drivers for the MB as the chipset is what enables the board to be able to communicate with all the other hardware, after the chipset drivers you install the storage/SATA drivers and then the GPU drivers.

Please note that chipset drivers for new MBs must be installed from either the installation disk that shipped with the MB or direct from the MBs download centre, if you do not do this Windows update may download and install the wrong drivers and cause you no end of trouble.

There are also no Windows 10 updates shown to have been installed, this means that you are missing important hot fixes and security patches and both need to be sorted asap.
