event logs

Hi ...I apologoize in advance if I am not using the right terminology.
Last year I created a "user log-in (user account)" in addition to my "Administrator Account". Is there a "system record" of that event in detail (user name, password) and if so where would I find this infornation. Just to be clear, this is my PC and I am the Administrator of the PC, not trying to get into someone else's PC.
Thank you ....

Thanks for the reply. I understand and also agree with that policy. Not sure if a user account is actually a system account, which I do have, ... again I don't know much about these things.
What it is, I have certain log-ins under that second user account I have created.... for myself actually. It's my only record. Not extremely cruicial but still ... I'd like to retrieve if possible.
Thanks again ...

the event log would have recorded the date/time you setup that account (MS loves recording all that sort of info) but it would not have recorded the password for obvious security reasons.
depending on when you did it, it may still be in the Event Logs, but they are kept to a certain size, so as new event get logged, old event are removed.
