Ethernet adapter compatibility issues with Windows 10 - Any workarounds?

Hello everyone,

I'm having some issues with my Ethernet adapter on Windows 10. It seems that my computer is having trouble recognizing the adapter, and I'm not sure what to do. I've done some research and found that this is a common problem, but I haven't been able to find a solution that works for me.

Here are some of the things I've tried so far:

Restarting my computer

Using the Network Troubleshooter

Reinstalling Ethernet drivers

Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked for me. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and has found a workaround that works for them. I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have.

Thank you in advance for your help!

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
