High, this error message went away but has returned, see original thread. Apologies for forgetting to update.

Error Message on Start Up.

If I reinstall Cortana permanently will it fix this? Are there any negatives? Do we need Cortana?

The problem seems to have disappeared the last 3 times I booted up, I'll follow that advice if it comes back. Thanks again. If I don't come back in 72 hours consider it closed. Thanks.
