Solved Erasing hard drive

Hello Hilton

It does seem it can take a while from the research i just did.. One person said it took 45 hours to finish but he got what he wanted in the end..

EDIT: It would seem as well it depends on how big the HDD is.. The person above had a 750 gig HDD.

FYI..for anybody erasing a hard drive using an eraser disc..have patience...mine was a 600 gig and took 47 hours...
Hint:not knowing what I was doing I had it do three passes...i am sure one would be sufficient..
Thanks to all who have been a great help to me over the years..keep up the good work..
