Have problems.Whilst in hospital just recently used NHS unsecured wifi to access internet etc.(via Kindle Fire)
Since then discovered all Amazon products unuseable,ie KIndle fire,echo,.Have reported to Amazon account compromised,cancelled credit card ,informed bank/police,Amazon declare purchases made under my email account whilst I was in hospital.
Amazon keep trying to contact me via compromised email account but no messages get through,even attempts to get message through by SMS fail,so hackers have tied my email account up tight as a purse.Have constantly insisted Amazon reach me by phone direct but after 3 days nothing!!!
Can you advsie all and any actions I should take????I do not use that address for main sites such as bank etc,but it is my main contact number,is there any way I can keep it,or do I need to destroy and start again,also how do I cope with Amazon busines??As have no way of accessing account,or anyone with sense at Amazon!
Should mention hospitall access was for heart,which resulted in angiogram and stents fitted,so at the moment am supossed to be convalescing,but have this pendulum over my head....uncertain what and all actions I should take????
