EFI Oopsie!

So I was trying to update to Windows 11 22h2 from win11 21h2. In the process it told me I couldn't because there wasn't enough space on the EFI I order to do so. Without thinking, entirely my fault, I went into Disk Management and resized it. In doing so I made my system unbootable. I have tried chkdsk /F. I have tried windows various things in windows recovery. I have tried a Bootable version 9f AOMEI Partition Assistant and tried to rebuild. I am obviously not trying to completely wipe my drive and start over fresh so, what can I do to restore the EFI? Can I delete the partition all together and create a new one? Any help is very appreciated. Thank You.
