I am going to post this thread just for someone who will have the exact problem as me, after a fresh installation of Windows, a weird eco was hapenning on my notebook speakers and my headphone, so I knew it wasn't the speaker itself, to disable this eco, just right click on the volume settings, go in reproduction, right click on your speaker then go in properties, then go to dolby audio and deactive it, simple as that, sorry for the bad english by the way.

yeah, I had the same issue about 2 or 3 PC's ago, after a Windows Update, suddenly there was this Dolby Enhancement app that I had to disable to stop the echo. from memory the echo wasn't there all the time, only movies, or the web or something - too long ago.
