Dynamic IP and webpages

well just to clarify further let me ask one more question just to determine if this is actually something that we would need to contact them about.

What Im trying to do is get my 3d printer video feed and access that from work. So I have my IP on a site. Let's say www.123.com I want anyone who goes to that page to get redirected to the updated site which is lets say www.456.com? except the www.456.com is/would have my current dynamic ip address So my comp must ping my current ip to the site so it knows where I am. the 123 address is just a static address that can be found outside my home network and just redirects. theres nothing on that site thus it allows you to type in the 123 address form anywhere, and get to my 3d printer via the re-direct to the 456 site.

Is that doable (if it makes sense) and is that something Id have t contact xfinity for?
