Dwm.exe keeps crashing Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll

Anyway it just crashed again last time ill post the log before i do a full clean format of my drives

This did not create a Minidump file

As you can see it is back to saying that DWM.exe is crashing with Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll im not sure what im going to do if after i do the full clean reinstall it still crashes short of buying a new pc Etherway i apperciate you trying to help me.

Windows corruption is what is causing it.

Download yourself a new Windows 10 ISO for free from here using method two.

Clean install Windows 10 using the ISO then install the chipset, storage/SATA and GPU drivers and in that exact order.

If a legitimate Windows 10 product key has ever been used on a computer you can re install Windows 10 as many times as you like and you will not be required to re enter the Windows 10 product key, that information along with the motherboard details are stored on the Microsoft servers and as long as the MB is not changed the details will match and Microsoft should not ask for a product key to be entered.

Any problems with the product key after using the Windows 10 ISO you are going to have to activate Windows using the automated telephone service.

alright i apologize for the late response was away from my house for these last few days, im going to go head and do a full clean boot of every single drive and see what happens, quick question could shooty RAM cause this to happen? i just wanna know what is causing my windows to become corrupt.
 
Alright i just did a full Format clean boot of windows 10, changed my SSDS to NTFS format I'm going to see if that does anything and will post any crash log if one happens.
I wanna thank you for how long you have been helping me

At this point i don't know what else we can do, iv done a repair, a clean instal, a FULL pc Format install
 
And it is doing the same thing as before, Both my monitors go black, lose signal, only come back after a hard shutoff can still hear audio.
i will point out that it seems to be getting worse, it was like once every day or every other day, now it seems to be 1-2 times everyday
 
Did you download and use a legitimate ISO from the Microsoft link that I provided, the above suggests not so either the boot drive has issues or the exact steps were not followed.

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the hardware manufacturer or downloaded and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

Were the steps above the exact ones that you followed to clean install Windows and then the chipset drivers, the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers,

Alright so it turns out the even after it turned off Windows 10 Auto install drivers it still is doing it as soon as i plug my Ethernet into the PC.
So maybe it keeps over writing the drives from the manufacture websites, im going to to clean reinstall windows, not put my Ethernet cable in and see if it finds any errors
 
sorry for the spam but just before i did the clean boot to look and infact Windows keeps automaticly installing old (2006) Drivers for alot of my Hardware
even though i turned off the Auto Hardware Driver Installer, don't know if this info will help.
 
We can see by your latest Speccy report that the first drivers to get installed were Samsung USB drivers and then some odd Intel drivers dated 2040 :unsure: this type of issue was documented here last year

Regarding your new Speccy report, we never got to looking at the first one but after looking at the second we can see an issue with your RAM.

For now I would disconnect the two USB HDDs and the second monitor, save the required divers to a USB flashdrive, with the PC disconnected from the Ethernet so that Windows cannot look for updates, do a Windows 10 reset which reinstalls Windows but deletes everything else, you can then install the chipset, SATA/storage and GPU drivers, once done, connect the Ethernet cable and check for but do not install any updates other than for Windows 10 and Windows Defender.

Post back with an update for us once the above has been done.

NB: Please keep the two external USB drives and second screen disconnected while we troubleshoot this, it will hopefully help to narrow the cause down.
