My problem is with dedicated gpu on this laptop. I cant seem to able to install the correct driver for the dedicated gpu. Its a very entry level gpu, and might not be that much faster than the intel intergrated gpu.

I have checked using gpuz, it says that its the radeon r7 m440. But it checking in device manager, the driver has an excamation icon on it.

I have downloaded the driver from the hp site. (Which only states that drivers are only supported for win 10, cant find a win 11 driver). Also have downloaded the driver directly from the amd site. But the same issue is still there.

Am not sure where do go to get the right driver.

Let's get a Speccy report.
Download Speccy here. Install.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
Also include the exact make/model/rating of your PSU.
