Does VirtualBox and VMware Slows Down your PC? (when it not running)

Actually no, you can use a program like Autoruns or CCleaner to manage startups on your machine. The only thing you should really have running when your machine starts is your antivirus. If your machine needs a little clean up - speed up, I could help you with that if you like. :)
