Solved Do I need a Bigger PSU?

So I am planning on two upgrades to my current rig. I plan on upgrading my GPU from a GTX 1660 Ti, to a RTX 2060 KO Ultra. And I plan on getting rid of my cpu air cooler and going with the Corsair Hydro Series H100i RGB Platinum SE 240mm AIO. Any advice would be appreciated. I did look on pcpartspicker and it said total power draw would be around 369W, but I'm assuming that not taking into account OCing. My specs are going to be as follows:

PSU: Rosewill 550W Photon 80 Plus Gold
Mobo: MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (Oced to 4.25Ghz at 1.4V)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengence LPX 3600 (running at 3600Mhz)
OS Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Pro 256GB M.2 NVME
Storage: Sandisk 1TB Ultra SSD and WD 1TB SSHD
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO Ultra (I will be OCing this)
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i RGB Platinum SE 240mm AIO
Case Fans: 3 12V RGB 120mm front fans, 1 120mm exhaust fan

mostly due to lack of budget, and i love to tinker and see how much i can get out of them, for the best price.TBH even if I had the very best components that money could buy I would still overclock them to get just a little more out of them, lol.
This is probably going to be the last upgrade for a while. After this the only thing I see myself upgrading is possibly the RAM, by getting another 16GB in it for 32GB total. And at this point i'm not even sure about the GPU i'm getting, I was thinking of possibly getting a RTX 2060 XC Ultra Gaming but I can't find any comparisons to the 2060 KO Ultra. The KO comes in at about $30-$40 less, then the XC Ultra.

yeah, sorry, since my original post my list has changed, now I've decided I'm going with an air cooler instead, the be quiet Dark Rock Pro 4, and Ive decided to get a RTX 2070 Super instead of a 2060 Super. It's going to be either the GigaByte RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC or the EVGA RTX 2070 Super XC Ultra Gaming. I'm assuming the 2070 super is going to require more Watts then the 2060 super but not sure how much more, so i'm back to square one wondering if I will need to upgrade to a higher wattage PSU.

I have installed the 2070 Super and new cpu air cooler, everything seems to be working fine. I did notice that if I overclock the GPU that when it is under load and running GPU-Z I get alot of PWR messages under Performance Cap Reason but when not overclocked I don't get the messages, for now I'm just leaving the GPU at stock speeds and in the future I'll probably be upgrading my power supply to atleast a 650 or 750W unit, I know a 550W unit is on the borderline with the hardware I am running so that will definitely be getting upgraded especially when I decide to upgrade my CPU, but until then everything seems to be working fine.
