My SSD has 3 years and half and it keeps going disk 100 or oscillating between 20 to 90 on task manager and slowing down my pc, doing simple things like browsing on the internet or even using files on the pc. I already tried to disable many services, and many other things, nothing works. Im starting to lose hope and I think I might buy a new one, but if there is any suggestion on what I can do to fix it or any cause that makes this happen please let me know.
My pc also randomly freezes or does a little "slutter" like, Im watching a video or playing and the sound goes like "brrrrrrr" while the screen freezes almost like it will crash but a second after it goes back to normal, this may be the ssd causing it, if not so what could it be?

What Windows version are you running & is this up to date & are all drivers the latest version? What about the BIOS?
Have you checked for malware?
Have you checked the SSD with any drive checking software? This is often free with the drive & downloaded via the manufacturer’s website. You can also use the trial of HD Sentinel: https://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_sentinel_trial.php

Windows version: W10 Version 21H2 (KB5014666)

Drivers and Windows are up to date, no malwares and the BIOS as well.

Once I tried to run the Kingston SSD manager it gave me blue screen and "reboot and select proper boot device" error.
