Hello all my first post.

I'm having a nightmare trying to figure out a solution to an issue im having with my laptop and desktop. I have a number of devices connected to the wireless network, but the issue only occurs when I'm using my laptop. It slows down my desktop to pretty much freezing all the other devices are ok just my desktop. It takes an age to be able to actually shut down the desktop as its so sluggish when the laptop is on. Any help resolving this would be just amazing. Thank you

So other can also assist

What have you tried

Is you network set on any static IP or Dynamic IP

What Operating System, Version, and Release

Have you attempted to reboot and or factory reset Modem and or Router

Does the same thing happen if you connect the laptop directly to the modem and or router via cable

Have you tried resetting the network setting on the system
