Hello everyone , i'm here because i've lost hope and i'm about to give up.

here is the problem , i can only play destiny 2 for a few minutes before it crashes with a small window opening saying broccoli error code but while th egame is crashing both of my screens are blinking for 4 to 5 times and the game crash with discord as well .

what i have done so far to try fixing the problème :

i have done a DDU clean install of my gpu drives
i have done CMD commands like
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
i have run a dxdiag i gonna past the like via a pastbin link

i have updated my mother bord drivers and voilà i'm gonna show a screen shot of my full config via a link with userdiag

i don't know whats goin on because it only happens with destiny i don't have any issues with other games like helldivers or cyberpunk 2077 for exemple

so guys if you have any ideas i'm open because i'm about to give up

here are the links

dxdiag : https://pastebin.com/kMJm9pmn
userdiag : https://userdiag.com/id/irHaDUd8LC

thanks for ready this have a good day

Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on but what you describe is typical behaviour of something overheating, this includes the PSU internally.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

thanks for the help but i have a small issues , sorry if i'm bad at it , i belive its this link right ? : https://speccy.piriform.com/results/VtqhO24jgPaks1dAdeR68EF
and my power supplie is a Msi MPG A1000G PCIE5

Link is all good (y)

Couple of questions before we get into the Speccy report;

How long has this issue been going on.

What is the brand and model name or number of the RAM.

Regarding the PSU, not a brand that I use or recommend and while the PSUs specs are high end there are a couple of concerns about the particular MSI range;

[14] Potential ATX 3.0 units either not tested for compatibility (no Aris review), not received the certification (no entry in Intel’s DB), having problems with passing ATX 3.0 tests (failed).

i had these issues for a long time like in october i had these recently after doin a new clean install for windows , i remember like in november or something those crashes went away but since i have done the new install of windwos last month , my ram are thise ones :

Trident Z5
DDR5-6000 CL30-40-40-96 1.40V
64GB (2x32GB)

and the crashing / bugs only happens on this game and no others ones

One of the things of note in Speccy was the fact that the PC had not been set up correctly from the outset, see my canned info below regarding this;

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

The reason why this procedure is so important, the chipset is what enables the MB to be able to communicate with all the hardware + are the first drivers that Windows looks for on boot.

Trident Z5
DDR5-6000 CL30-40-40-96 1.40V

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, Intel state here up to 5600MHz/MT/s and if you have XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.

and the crashing / bugs only happens on this game and no others ones

If that is the case it is the providers of Destiny 2 that you need to go to for support, two reasons for this, legally only BUNGIE are permitted to alter their program and tech support forums are not to be expected to fix other peoples problematic software.
