Hello

I have got strange problem with MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X ( Warranty over since 2 months :( )

While playing PUBG radiator "self desoldered" from heatsink followed by abit of burning smell and now PC doesnt even recognize GPU "no signal"

I suspect some cold joints on the GPU core or some parts could also burn ? Still GPU of this range should have some protection from such situations ?

How to solder again radiator to heatsink ? I was thinking of aligning tin solder on the radiator and try to heat it together with some heat gun or hot air station ?

Picture of how it looks now :

If anyone got some ideas how to fix this would really appreciate.

Thanks in advance for all ideas

Best Regards

So small update. I managed to solder back the radiator and its firm as hell .

After screwing everything back there was 0 response from the GPU.

I tried hot air station with flux and after putting it in PC i get beeps for CPU error not for GPU failure.

PC is working with diferent GPU so that is not CPU error.

Anyone got any hints ?
