As per my replies #4 and #12;

This PSU should not have been used anywhere near a computer that had an add on video card and for the following reasons, it is not a good brand,

I would not use a Cooler Master PSU anywhere near one of my computers.

Please note that using a poor quality PSU over a period of time can damage one or more components and it is recommended if at all possible to either have an existing PSU properly tested under load or to swap in an appropriately and adequately powered PSU for testing purposes.

I would hold off on purchasing anything unless what has previously been suggested has been tried and for the reasons explained, we are trying to save you time, money and upset here, the present PSU 100% needs tossing in the trash but you should not purchase a new one unless you have confirmed that the rest of the hardware has not been affected by using a bad PSU.
