Please list your system specs or model/manufacturer to help people give you support.

If listing specs:
OS
CPU
Motherboard
Power supply
GPU
etc.

Prebuilt:
HP Omen 1280 model #3146ABG406 (Not the serial number)

when you say your RAM and GPU have been checked and are OK, checked how?
were both installed into a working PC and both worked?

but three beeps are usually graphics and/or memory related, so try only one memory stick at a time, and try running the rig without the GPU if the CPU and mobo support that.
