Hello, I plan to order Dell OptiPlex 3060 MT (Intel Core i5-8500,8GB,256GB SSD,DVDRW,Windows 10 Pro) and I also would like to buy 4TB HDD (Seagate Barracuda 4TB) and use this HDD as OS disk, do you think that motherboard will support HDD up to 4TB volume ? Thanks for answer

It has a Intel H370 based board so 4tb should be no issue, even if it was a problem the 4tb drive could be partitioned into 2 or more smaller partitions. As per Rustys response it really would be a backward step to install your O/S and apps on a mechanical drive, you will lose all the speed advantages of using a SSD. Any data you use on a regular basis should be on the ssd.
