Dell Inspirion N5010 boot up speed

Hello - I have a Dell N5010 - the boot up speed is super slow. I've reinstalled Windows 10 - which has made it slightly quicker but is 3-4 minutes before getting the sign in prompt

Windows 10
Intel i3 M380 2.53 ghz
4g RAM

Any suggestions would be grateful
