Solved Delay for reset or shutdown after add a SSD

Hi.
I have a ThinkPad E540 laptop. I added a SSD in my laptop (replace HHD with SSD and replace DVD drive with HDD). Now I use a SSD and HDD simultaneously. The problem is that when I want to restart or shut down, it take long about 6-7 minutes. The screen is off but the laptop is on (like sleep mode). after 6-7 minutes laptop will shut down. I had done these:
*use Legacy only in Boot menu
*convert SSD from MBR to GPT and use UEFI boot
*Delete SSD partitions and create new partitions again and install windows
*Install two versions of windows 10 and update them
*Reset and Update Bios Version
*Install all last drivers manually and automatically with software in lenovo website
*Install last power management drivers
------------------
Some times during changing setting laptop was restarted quickly without problem, But after two or three times the problem appeared again.
*SSD and HDD have 100% health
*When I enter with Safe Mode there is no problem. I can Reset and Shutdown again and again quickly. But when I back to normal mode the problem appeared again
*When I remove HHD and use SSD only, there is no problem
------------------
I don't have other Idea. Help me please.

Does the HHD contain any Windows installation?
Have you checked the HDD for errors?
Is fast startup disabled?
Is disabled and enabled fast startup. no different.
I checked HHD with some software like Hard disk Sential. there is no problem.
After add SSD, I formatted windows partition from HHD and I merged it's C and D drive. It was Primary partition and Active. I convert it to logical. now it is F drive. Now SSD is GPT and HDD is MBR.

What program (if not Windows own) did you use to format the drive & merge the partitions?
Is there currently any files at all on the HDD?
During install windows 10, I create new partitions for SSD (without software). I deleted partitions and created new for 3-4 times and then installed windows 10.
After Install windows on SSD, I installed EASEUS Partition Master for change HDD partitions. First I formatted previous windows partition in HDD, then I merged it with another partition (now The merged partition in picture is F drive). After I merged them, F partition was Primary and Active . I convert it to logical. now it is not an active drive.
HHD is 1TB and I have about 800 data. I used EASEUS Partition because it can merged partitions without lose data.

I would’ve clean installed Windows on the SSD using Windows boot USB & allowed it to create the partitions it requires or imaged the original drive & restored the image to the new SSD.
It may be the formatted drive which was merged is the problem if it once had Windows installed. Formatting doesn’t remove the files only the address tables, the files are still there. This may be the problem.
I would’ve used diskpart to clean the HDD.
What data is on the F Drive?

F drive include personal files and folders. I can copy them to other drives and my Flash memory Temporary. But I can't backup all HDD data, because that is 800GB and I don't have another storage.
I can format and delete partitions on SSD too.

There’s no need to format the SSD as that doesn’t appear to be the problem.
How did you convert the SSD to gpt? Usually this is automatic when installing Windows.
When you clean installed Windows did you choose GPT or MBR?

I used MiniTools Partition wizard for convert MBR to GPT without need to format. of course after that I farmatted SSD and even deleted partitions and installed new windows (clean install).
Yesterday I formatted F drive too and deleted that partition and create new partition again. But that wasn't a solution.
I think the problem is related to laptop Drivers. I installed thinkpad E540 Drivers manually and update windows 10 before. This time, I downloaded Lenovo Service Bridge and Lenovo Service Update. I don't have problem now. I restarted laptop for 10 times and only 1 time had delay. I Think the solution is install drivers automaticlly.
