Hello Nikos2211,

You cannot take a HDD with Windows on it out of one computer, put into another computer and expect it to work, even a modern one using DDR4, Windows will try and load the drivers for the previous MB and as you have found fail to boot.

You need to clean install Windows followed by the chipset drivers, the storage device drivers and then the video device drivers.
