Solved CrossOver Android

I am trying to figure out how it would be possible for me to use my phone to install a windows program on its SD card and then run the program off the SD card on a PC, since i can't install anything on the PC i'm using. I saw a couple articles about this CrossOver Android app that allows you to do this but i don't see it in the Play Store, does anyone know what happened to it, and anyway i can do what i want to do.

It might be loads easier to see if the Windows program has a portable version. Install the portable version on a USB stick and run it from there.

There are also ways to make a program portable. I've never looked into doing this.

Do you have an update for us?
I've pretty much given up on trying to do this, since i don't have admin rights on the computers i use i can't install even to a flashdrive, so i have given up. I have found some android versions of programs like video converters but it takes 3 hrs to convert and kills my phone battery, plus i can't do anything on my phone while it is converting but atleast it works, so i will consider this solved. Thank you all for the suggestions.
