Solved Creating an installation media on a "suspicious" computer

Hello everyone, I hope you are well.

Here is the problem:

I already have all the components to put together a computer, this is my first time doing this.
I plan to buy an OEM license but I think for that I first have to install Windows via USB stick.
At home there is an HP all-in-one computer (it is not mine) and a few months ago it was taken away to install all the office apps in a not very legal way?
If I use this computer to create an installation device will I run the risk of infecting my new computer with some virus, malware or spyware? This has me a little paranoid.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Sorry, I don't know much about computers.
My fear is maybe malwares or spywares were installed at the time of installing the pirated Office apps and if I use that computer to create a Windows installation media my computer could also receive those possible malwares or spywares. Is that likely? As I said, I don't know much about these issues, excuse me if this is an absurd question.
