Crashed now weird reboot

So I was playing a game and listening to music when suddenly the screen froze, the music started looping before the computer crashed. Then upon trying to reboot, the screen loaded at a smaller aspect ratio with blurred lines.

I’ve checked the connection to the monitor and everything is fine.

Any tips?
