CPU time spiking and dropping frames in Warzone, very recent occurence

I saw another forum on a similar topic but replies were disabled, so starting this new one...

This issue started while playing last night. Dropping frames, stuttering, input lag, and higher-than-normal "CPU time" (20-30 range). No temp issues. No network issues. It's exacerbated when I try to engage in fights and ADS/pull trigger, which is equally as strange as it is frustrating. Any thoughts as to the cause? Is this something anyone has had happen to them recently?

Troubleshooting steps I've taken thus far that haven't solved the issue:
-Restarted my PC multiple times
-Uninstalled/reinstalled GPU driver
-Uninstalled/reinstalled BattleNet and Warzone
-Checked for Windows updates - everything is up-to-date
-Checked BIOS for potential setting reversions, none
-Reduced all in-game settings to low/disabled
-Reduced priority in task manager
-Reduced VMS in game files in case was VRAM issue

Any and all ideas/advice welcome! I play this game a lot and this is the first time I've encountered this issue so severely...

Thanks!
