Solved CPU Ez Debug Light - No HDMI Signal

Okay great news!

So I purchased a brand new MSI Mortar MAX motherboard and found that was the issue we were having.

Everything works normal now, I'll let you know if anything goes wrong in the future but heres hoping its fixed it for good!

I'm returning the old one to amazon's msi store for a full refund hoping they'll accept it.

I really appreciate this!
