Pending OP Response CPU EZ Debug LED shining white

So, to keep it short, I've got my new PC, it was a pre built PC with only the GPU to put in by myself. Did that, turned on, nothing on the monitor and the LED shining. Tried reinserting the CPU with no effect.
I did try some other things, but they all didn't help. What are potential problem solutions you would come up with?

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
Board: MSI B550 Gaming Plus
RAM: 2x16 GB Corsair DDR4 3600 Vengeance RAM
GPU: 8GB RTX 4060 Ti

If any additional information is needed, please tell me.

Was the BIOS updated and the system tested by the people that you purchased the hardware from.

Tried reinserting the CPU with no effect.

Do you mean CPU or GPU.

Have you made sure that you have not connected the screen to a video port on the MB instead of the GPU, a quite often made mistake.

What are you using for a display, a dedicated PC screen or a TV.

I don't know, but because the GPU was once built in, I think it was tested. About the BIOS I have no clue

I mean CPU. I'm using HDMI, tried it in the GPU as well as in the MB, no difference, only black screen.

So you have purchased hardware from someone without knowing whether or not it even works

For a Ryzen 7 5700X to work in an MSI B550 Gaming Plus motherboard the BIOS needs to be updated first, you can confirm this for yourself here

A MB does not have a removable video chip and for the video ports on this MB to work the processor in the board would need to have on die video, a Ryzen 7 5700x does not have on die video so the MBs video ports were never going to give you any video.

When you removed and refit the CPU did you properly clean off atop of the CPU and the heatsink the old thermal compound with 99% alcohol and a lint free cloth or coffee filter papers and afterwards did you correctly apply a fresh amount of good quality compound such as Arctic Silver.

This rules out the need to select the source of a signal like when using a TV, the fact that you only get a black screen and not a No Signal message on the screen would normally suggest that the screen has the problem.

Can I just make sure that you have a keyboard hooked up, the power on self test ( POST ) will fail if no keyboard is detected.

Edit to add: Just a fyi, the CPU debug LED would normally be red if there was an issue with the processor.
