Copying diagnostic cd to bootable USB flash drive

You cant simply copy a Hiren boot cd to a usb drive, you need to make another fresh version. HERE is a nice guide.
Maybe I am missing something but when i go to that guide it appears to be filled with a lot of malware and all as i got were some programs on my computer that i didn't want.
I have used Rufus to make the bootable flash and then coping my files from the Hiren cd to the flash drive and it does boot to the flash but will not autorun. It gives me the directories but unable to open them.

If you read and follow the guide you will create a malware free bootable flash drive. As per Plodr and my previous posts there is NO COPYING involved.
