I had a power cut while my pc was on sleep mode. I turned it off and then noticed that there is a copper coloured liquid in the centre of 2 of my fans. I haven't noticed it before, should i be worried?

If you turn the fan with your finger, the liquid stays at the bottom?
When the pic is running, the fans spin ok?
If yes to both, I’d leave as is.
If you are worried, $10-$20 will replace each one.
