Constant fps drop

Not sure if im in the correct section for this but i find my laptop to have constant fps drop when plying more demanding games like Control and Godfall. The fps drop from 60fps to 10fps every few minutes and it stays at 10fps for i would say about 5 seconds everytime it happens, this doesnt happen when im plying with less demanding games like csgo and rocket league. Not sure if its cause by windows 11, but i do notice that this problem occurs after i install windows 11.

My system specs are:
ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506IU_FA506IU
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 ti
AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics, 2900 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
Microsoft Windows 11 Home Single Language
16GB of RAM

Yes, im pretty sure my system meets the specification perfectly, but i will also try contacting microsoft team to see if i can get anything.
