Connect Serial RS232 to PC

Hello everyone, I'm new here and I hope this section of the forum is the right one to post my problem.

In the company where I work we have digital equipment that measures the tensile strength of different materials. This equipment is connected via an RS232 serial cable to an rs232c-digimatic serial interface, which in turn has its output to a transmitter with a 10 pins from there have a receiver that receives the signal and sends the data from the tensile strength testing equipment to a software on the PC.

The software is in the testing phase and we want to be sending data to test it, but sending data directly from the testing team takes about 30 minutes per test.

My question is: how to connect the RS232 cable to another PC to simulate the voltage resistance equipment and send data to the other PC with the software and test the software faster?

Sorry, I'm using a translator.

Thanks
