Computer shuts down when gaming

Hey guys, would really appreciate your help on this one. Please bare with me as I'm not very tech savy!

A friend of mine built my PC in July 2016 for me and I've had a few issues with it after a year.

At the moment, everytime I play a game it shuts down. I recently just changed the Graphics card from Asus GeForce GTX 960 to Radeon rx 580 due to the screen turning off to "DVI - No Signal" or "DVI - Out of Range".

I have 3 fans, 1 installed in the tower and 2 on the CPU
My power supply is a RM Series™ RM750

My system details are:
Windows 10
Processor:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Ram: 16GB

Some say that my computer is overheating and I think that might be the case as well.

Thanks guys!

In addition to what Twitch has asked above;

Noticed that your disk is at 100% in your second attachment, grab a screenshot of Disk Manager and upload it for us if you will.

· Right click This PC > Manage > Disk Management.

· Click Start Menu and then type Disk Management to search.

· Click Start Menu and type cmd to open command line and then input compmgmt.msc and then click Enter.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Sounds like the exact same problem I had been dealing with for a few months. For me, the solution was to reapply thermal paste to the CPU. If your PC was built for you by a friend it is possible he/she may have forgotten to apply thermal paste to the cpu before putting the fan/heatsink attachment on it. Without thermal paste, the heatsink/fan assembly is basically a paperweight that does nothing.

You can easily get it from Amazon.com on the cheap. I bought Arctic MX-4 compound for less than $7.

Thank you for your input furious16 but being that the computer was built in July 2016 the CPU would have well fried by now if no thermal compound was applied.
