Computer randomly crashing

(Specs = Windows 11 / GTX 1660 / Ryzen 5 3600 / PRIME B-450M Motherboard / 8 gb RAM)

Hi, my computer had this problems for a couple of months now, it will occasionally turn itself off when playing games, even when I play Minecraft it does that, sometimes it just turns off, sometimes it blue screens then turns off.

I tried going to computer technicians in my area for a solution to this problem but they confidently told me to buy another power source, another one told me to buy another power strip, both of these times I spent money on unnecessary things, so I'm tired of being deceived and I wanted to perform some tests myself.

I would appreciate if you tell me some of the most probable causes of this issue, but I would also like a program that can monitor how my pc is doing and save the conditions right before the crash.

I'm uneducated in most things related to computers, so let me know if you need more information, and thanks a lot to everyone who tries to help me.

get Speccy; https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste that link into your next post.

Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit so, if a Desktop PC, list the make/model of the PSU.

as to most probable cause - that's the 64 million dollar question isn't it?
it could be power supply, memory, motherboard, processor, dust, high temperatures, bad driver, failing hard drive - in other words, nothing can be ruled out at this stage.
 
some things from the Speccy report...

remove the VPN and see if that helps, it can be added back if no improvement.
drive D:\ is showing errors in a few SMART categories, disconnect that unit and run the rig with just the C:\ drive.
a new BIOS update was released October 2023, it mentions update for AMD 5000/3000 series.

as to the PSU, this list; https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ has it in the Teir C - Low End section, but I'm not sure we are talking the same make/model.
MSI MAG's seem to only come with 5 year warranty, so that's not as good as 7 or 10 years the good brands give you.
plus their website; https://storage-asset.msi.com/datasheet/power-supply/global/MAG-A600DN.pdf isn't saying if it's Gold, so I'm guessing it's 80+ Bronze.

I don't know what the techs, or yourself, have already done, but to cross off heat being an issue, I'd be stripping the GPU, RAM, and CPU out of the case.
clean the heat sinks, wipe the components with a soft bristled brush, also wipe the contacts, replace the CPU thermal paste.
also check the fan blades and chassis air vents.
even leave the side cover off the case and directing a fan straight into the innards will determine of it's heat related.

let's start with those and see how we go. :)
