Computer not receiving signal from monitor

Hey all,

I've been having some trouble diagnosing what exactly is causing my PC not to function properly.

Here are the specs: https://m.imgur.com/a/00TaG
Here's picture of the entire setup: https://imgur.com/a/ixHub

Here is what is happening. When I boot up my computer it's not detecting my monitor nor is it detecting my mouse. My keyboard is a Corsair K70, it's lighting up when I turn it on as well. My USB ports seem to be working. The computer is turning on, however I'm not getting a picture. I've done the following... (After each action I tried rebooting the computer who no success)

-Inserted graphics card into another slot
-Used other power supply cords for the graphics card
-Removing 1 of 2 RAM sticks
-Inserted different RAM sticks from another computer
-Cleaned GPU and applied new thermal paste
-Used different PSU power cords
-Used different outlets for power chords
-Attempted using a different monitor and DVI cables
-Replaced CMOS battery

My PC is throughly cleaned and dust free as well. I've come to the conclusion that either my MOBO or PSU is no longer functioning properly. I would like to get some additional opinions prior to purchasing any new parts.

Thanks again for any information anyone can provide. I would be happy to provide any addition information/photo of my build.

The monitor is been plugged in to the graphics card. My motherboard doesn't have a slot for my monitor. This building is from about three years ago. It's been working fine up until the last couple days. Stopped turning on completely about two days ago

Have you tried putting the graphics card into another system? Tried a different video card?

Do you have more than just the one monitor connected?

What port is the mouse plugged into (PS2 or USB)? Have you tried a different port? If USB try using a non blue or red one.

Do you hear any sounds coming from the system when you boot it? Any POST or splash screens show or nothing?

Unfortunately I don't have another system to try my graphics card in, nor do I have another one. My MOBO doesn't have an on board DVI port to the either.

I have two monitors to try, neither work. Tried going throw with HDMI and DVI connectors.

Mouse doesn't work at in USB ports, 2.0, 3.0, etc.

No noises come when I boot up normally. Of course it makes noise when I boot up with RAM and Graphics Card.

Since yesterday I have replaced the PSU in my computer, but that didn't do anything. I've come to conclusion that it's either my graphics card or MOBO. Not sure to narrow it down between those two.

Can you also answer the above for us.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the original 800W PSU and the replacement that you have swapped in.

Can you explain what you mean by the above for us, checked the specs of your ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer MB here and don`t see an onboard speaker which means that you will not get any error beeps unless you have fitted a speaker yourself, always a good idea as they help with troubleshooting.
