Hi,

Recently as of 2-3 days ago my computer has been freezing/ lagging. It feels like frame lag when where my will freeze randomly for 1-3 seconds. I have ran Full computer virus scans, i have cleans all my drives, i have uninstalled unwanted/used programs, i have disabled programs that run on start up that don't need to be ran on start up, i have monitored my PC temperatures and usage for about 12 hours and everything seems to be fine. I have also tried to change the power settings to high performance and also on the normal default one. The average temp on a GPU when i'm playing a game like rust is around 70*c . I really don't know how to fix this as its never done it before and its really annoying when trying to play games.

My PC Specs are:
GPU - NVIDIA GTX 1060 6Gb
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
RAM - 16gb DDR4
OS - Windows 10 64-bit
I have 240Gb SSD and an overall amount of 5Tb HDD over 2 Drives

Please help or leave suggestions to try i would really appreciate it.

Kind Regards

Sam

Hello

How is your fan setup in your case? Have you used after burner? How close is your fan to the cpu? What is your ram speed? Also we need your complete psu spec's. Is your win 10 up to date?

HI there my Cooling for my CPU is a dual Radiator Water cooling so i dont think that is the issue, the radiator goes to the top of the case and i have 3 fans on the front. The RAM is 3000MHz and im not sure what the PSU is, ill try and find the receipt because i cant really open my PC up right this second.
