Solved Computer isn't starting

hello all

I've just put in the h45 gone to start my pc up the fans spin for 1/2 secs lights come up but then the pc just repeats wht it was doing nothing comes up on the monitor

I took that screen shot into photoshop and blew it up. I can't see what I am looking for.
Where did you hook up the power for the cooler fan. What plug on the motherboard?
It has to go onto the CPU1 socket on the top of your motherboard.
Windows won't boot if it can't detect a fan on the CPU.

I think Dougie is talking about the power supply pin for the fans. It's located, generally, above the cpu socket. If the fan is not plugged into the right power pin, windows won't boot.
There are normally 4 memory slots, either use 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. In other words the ram sticks should not be side by side.
