well that pc freezed once but now its completely fine no problem with the freezing although but to boot the pc i need to go to the boot menu most of the time but it boots sometimes itself but the only problem i am having is that my pc is refusing to identify my usb audio card adapter it is a adnet 7.1 cgannel adapter it worked before but it is now not working if theres anything you can do pls tell the things o have done to solve is-
uninstalling the device from device manager(it is stated in the device manager as unknoiwn usb device)
then plugging it out and replugging after a while when i replug it the right adapter is installed the hardware starts the driver gets installed the windows shows the device but after 10 sec the hardware stops working and pc doesnt send any audio but the device is still showing in the taskbar
i have done all the above steps again but with restarting the pc after uninstalling the device

have you tried the audio adapter in another PC to double check the adapter hasn't gone pear-shaped?

show us a picture of the device.
it is like this one?

does your PC not have a headphone jack?

No it's not like this one and yes there are 3 jacks in my motherboard I opened a thread about it but after a while the staff member have me a driver designated to the motherboard I guess but at that time I already bought that adapter so I didn't installed it

uhmm the motherboard jacks didn't worked when I tried them so my local computer guy gave me the adapter but it turned out that I just needed the drivers for the motherboard through the manufacturers website the motherboard jacks have started running no issues but the freezing problem has occurred my computer just froze for a minute and when it froze I little sound came just a tiny bit of sound the sound came every time the pc froze but I just didn't mention it although if I take this to my local computer guy I think all he would do is insert a windows installation media and set my pc to factory settings would it be helpful and also pls tell if I should do it or not and if I should do it then what is the best partitions to create in order to make it fine since the last partitions I had gave no problem and that was just two partitions 50-50% I think I don't remember correctly

if the freezes are back, then I would still be guessing that your hard drive is still the root cause.
no good reinstalling Windows again, you have already done that, and while helpful for a while, the PC is still freezing, meaning the underlying problem is still there.

And also this website been of a good help no problems I have for now maybe if I need any help I would use this site thanx for the free support and I will also suggest this site to my friends
