Computer freezes after BIOS

Hello everyone, I NEED HELP!! i have been working on this pc for 4 days now and i am at my limit. My pc was having a massive freezing problem and we thought it was my CPU. I went out and bought a new CPU, Mother board, and RAM. SO i installed everything and i get into the Bios fine. I didnt wipe my SSD's or my Hard drive. It would freeze right after i left bios then my pc gets a little loud. So i formatted my SSD and downloaded windows 10 onto a USB and tried that. Now it freezes while trying to load up windows and yet again i hear my pc get loud. ((i think it maybe the fan running super fast that is making the sound)) I have tried my other ram and still has problems. Ive tried just running the USB and no SSDs or Hard drives and same issue. HELP! :(

Welcome to PCHF AFluffygiraffe,

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

I didnt wipe my SSD's or my Hard drive. It would freeze right after i left bios then my pc gets a little loud.
That is to be expected as the drivers for the previous MB will have been on the drive, this will have tripped Windows up while it was looking for compatible drivers.
