If a file is too large to upload to our servers (larger than 1 MB), you'll need to either compress the archive or upload it to a file-sharing site. However, we ask that ANY file used for diagnostics (log files, etc) over 512KB in size be compressed in a RAR or ZIP archive. This guide can also be used as a general tutorial on how to create archives. Below is how to achieve this :)

.) Download 7-zip or another suitable program (I'll be using 7zip to demonstrate as it's free).

.) Browse to the file(s) you wish to add to a new archive.

.) In the highlighted area below, ensure the file type is set to ZIP and Compression is set to a suitable level. If you're not uploading this to our servers or to a file host, you can ignore the Compression field.

.) Click OK and wait for it to finish. Afterwards you'll have a fresh archive you can upload :)
