Hello ! I encountered a problem with my new Lenovo loq16 laptop.
From the beginning, I had an issue where when I start it for the first time, I get a black screen, but when I start it a second time, it works properly.
I changed only one setting that I saw on Google: 'start only basic devices'.
Since then, it's been a disaster. I restart it and can't enter my pin code, and it asks me to configure it by installing an application from the store, but that doesn't work, it just goes in circles.
So, I checked the Windows forums, and they told me to go into the BIOS and reset TPM or security check, but I can't find it under those names and I don't want to modify just anything.
At that point, I was fed up and wanted to reset it, but I need my Windows key which I don't have with me right now.
So, I really need help, just to be able to access Windows and then fix the startup problem.
Thanks in advance.

Does the computer have a Novo Button or alternatively have you tried continually F9 or Fn + F9 when you restart the notebook.

You do not normally need a Windows product key to reset Windows on a fully up to date computer, the code is either stored on the BIOS chip or on the Microsoft servers.

yes i have a novo button it's f9, i just discovered it right now, so much stuffs, what should i do ? Trying to reboot everything or still trying to repair the code pin problem ?

Just start afresh and be done with it, just be sure that your computer meets the criteria that I mentioned in my reply #2;
