Solved Case fans not spinning

So I had a small power outage last night and I got an error on my pc said CPU fan error. The rear fan and the graphics card fans are working and I have a liquid cooler but I also noticed my front fans are not spinning and honestly I don't think they ever did as I took a picture of it running when I first got it and the fans were not spinning then. Is that normal? Attaching SPECS its a cyberpower prebuilt. I tried going into the Bios and fixing it there but it just lists the fan as N/A unless I choose to ignore CPU fan speed and that's the only way I can boot the PC. The PC is very cool to the touch 28-30C while not running large applications.

If the system is still under warranty this is something that you should contact them about especially since you are not sure the fans have ever worked.

Some of the things that we may have you preform could VOID any warranty.

I figured it out! Like a noob I had no idea what I was looking at so I took out the fans studied the connectors realized they weren't connected to the PSU SINCE I BOUGHT IT! Plugged them to a Molex cable and boom. This was great training now I know I can either do that or connect them directly to the mother board CHA1 fan etc. It was just really confusing to me because they were a daisy chain setup now I know... lol thanks for the advice though Rustys!
