Cant update/ install drivers/ install windows 11

I tried to redownload GeForce experience after removing it as i couldn't install drivers. I was then met with an error message. From what I was it was most likely caused by needing windows updates. I looked at my updates and was met with a number of updates that failed due to 0x codes. I called Microsoft support and they attempted a bunch of fixes through the cmd feature, trying to install windows 11 again (which failed) and while I was on the phone with the tier 2 rep he left the phone for about 30 minutes before I hung up and called back only to have to restart the process and still have a non-functioning PC. Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

If the Pc is booting and you can use Windows, while the sun shines, backup your data.
Also, download Windows Media Creation Tool and make a bootable USB stick with the latest Win11 version.
I would then disconnect from the network, reload a fresh copy of Windows, then load your mobo drivers, then connect back to your network and update Windows.

Don't know what has already been attempted, but you could also Reset this PC.

I've tried to reset but it fails, I've tried SFC tool, install windows 11 again, troubleshooting tool through the settings, all of the online steps using the CMD tool and reverting to a reset point but none of this has worked it either fails or doesn't fix the problem, saying (method) has found an issue but cant fix it. At this point I am not really worried about losing anything I don't have anything of any importance that I need/ cant lose and Id just like to reset and try to start fresh.

Update: Extracted the download from the link in the previous post onto a 4TB external hard drive and attempted an install which failed.

Link in previous post is awaiting MOD approval it is the microsoft windows 11 ISO instructions for install

How?
Does it show any error messages when it fails?

Found that a USB thumb drive works best and not a 4TB drive.
Some say 8 GB are good I have found that the 16GB to 32GB work best.

Did you use the media creation tool to create the install media download?

When you get to the disk you wish to install on what are you selecting?
You are deleting everything that is listed as Disk 0 correct?

Another way to clean this drive is using diskpart before installing the OS. (You do not have to do both).
Can you boot at all from the install media if so then I think diskpart is the next action that need to be done.

Once you boot to the install media boot into it until you get to the setup.
From the setup screen:
Press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt.
Type “diskpart”, press “Enter”.
Type “list disk”, press “Enter”.
Type “select disk x” (You need to "x" to the number of your install drive), press “Enter”.
Type “clean”, press “Enter”.
