Solved Cant connect to Wifi

I cant connect to Wifi.I am not expert on wifi router/modem settings but I have intermediate knowledge.I cant connect either of the two android tablets to my wifi.Signal is strong, password is right, its just stuck in neverending stage of "trying to get IP..." or atleast thats the closest I can translate from my native language.

The android tablet tries for 2 minutes then gives this message "Network is turned off, becose internet connection is slow" and "failed to get IP adress",please notice, this is just my personal translation,if the android was english version,it most probably would not be the exact same words.

I live in 4 store high building with many people, when I scan the wifi frequency spectrum I see 20 wifi users, luckily vast majority are stupid and most of them are stacked on top of three channel out of the 13 so there are 3 channels that are low interference.I tried all three channels, none of them work, even if the tablets is literaly next to the router modem.

We have what seems to be modem/router hybrid,Cisco EPC 3925.For three years,I had that connected to Asus RT N10 LX router that I bought. When I was trying to fix it,I found out today that the modem can probably work as router also,I mean it probably have hidden antena inside it,you can set wifi channels 1-13 on it so I assume it can radiate wifi electro magnetic waves directly without needing external router.I completly disconected the Asus router and now I am just trying to get it working only on Cisco modem/router.

I spend three hours trying all sorts of things, but nothing works.I have no idea what is the problem.I have the PC connected to that Cisco modem/router with cable and the internet goes ok on this computer, but the wifi doesnt work from my two tablets, please help.

also, the internet was going out for hours at time intermitentlly for months or even years,I dont remember, but I know that even the computer that is connected to the Cisco modem directly with cable was offline when the internet didnt work,It was allways some problem with DNS adress,I wonder if some capacitor or something gone wrong in it,its surprisingly hot all the time, inside it must be atleast 50 degrees celsius, who ever designed the thermal cooling on it is idiot noob of a engineer.

I can take and post jpg screenshots,so you can see directly the settings and navigate me

I have no idea why,but suddenly both tablets can connect! I mean I spend 4 hours yesterday trying to fix it! I did 2x factory reset,I turned it off and on more times than there is atoms in universe yet nothing helped.I disconected it from electric becose its always so hot and now in the morning everything is working like if the wifi drama yesterday never happened.

If it goes bad again I will post but hopefully it will stay running.I am concerned still becose I have no idea why it happened,my theory is that the modem starts to go problematic once it runs nonstop for days due to the insufficient heat sinks inside
