Can't change boot sequence - Windows 7 Lenovo D20

I have a Lenovo D20 that my dad gave me but he doesn't remember the password so I'm looking to install a fresh copy of Windows from a USB but I don't know how to do it. When I get into the bios I see Main, Devices, Startup, Advanced, Security, Power, TPM State, Exit. Under those menus I can't find anything about changing which device to boot from. Does anyone know how to do it?

I appreciate any help. Thanks!

have you already made a bootable USB stick from the ISO downloaded using the Windows Media Creation Tool?
what Windows version is currently on the laptop?
does the laptop already have a Recovery partition which will have Windows already there for you?
does the laptop boot into 'repair mode' where you can reset it to factory settings based on the Recovery partition?

most PC's auto-detect a bootable USB or CD when inserted and will use it, have you tested that theory?

in BIOS, look for something under Boot Order, or Boot Devices, and it'll let you choose from Floppy, Hard Drive, USB, external drive, network or CD/DVD. obviously set USB to first.

The computer is running Windows 7 and I did make a bootable USB stick and run the compute rwith it plugged in. When I go to the bios I don't see any options to change boot priority at all. Really not sure what to do now. I also can't login because I don't have the password.

When does the password come up at which point?

While in the BIOS have you tried resetting it to factory and then see if it will pick up the USB drive?

Plus what color is the USB port that you are using some systems can not boot form a USB 3.

After I boot up it asks for the Window 7 login info. I'm not sure how to reset to factory settings so I haven't tried that.
I didn't check the colour of the USB port. Is there a specific colour that I should be looking for?

Use the USB 2 they are the black ones and the Blue are USB 3.

In the BIOS look under Startup and make sure that Startup Device Menu Prompt is Enabled
This will allow you to press F12 after the system is turns on to select a different boot device.

Found about 1 minute into the video.

You may want to watch the entire video it may show where to find the boot selection.
