Solved Can't change boot order in BIOS

Here's a video demonstration:
It's acting as if the left and right arrow keys don't exist, even though they work fine in Windows XP. I want to boot off of DVD drive.

Hi again Nick.
I would boot into the Bios once again. Work your away across to "Exit".
Click on "Exit". You should have four options.
Click on "Load Set up Defaults"
A confirmation Box should appear, with "Yes" already highlighted.
Click on "Yes".
Your system will boot and you should be good to go.
